WARRANTY
As with any natural material, OUR PRODUCTS require care to ensure extended durability. Failure to protect your goods from the following COULD damage the PRODUCTS permanently:

- Constant Water/Sweat Exposure
We only cover product Manufacturing defects reported within 3 days of receiving the product. This does not apply to damage caused by misuse, negligence or normal wear. Customers must contact us with a picture of their defective product and a description of why the customer believes the product is defective. Replacement will be subject to Management review and approval.
